Before a president is elected, his qualification is determined by constitutional requirements, and the voting process. Period. Thus, the relevance of your questions has been isolated and answered.
That you don't approve such objective finality is your cross to bear.
Don't worry. The rules and laws will be selectively ignored and enforced by The Democrats Who Hate America, so such things as constitution and protecting the vote are just challenges for them to overcome. The voting process has already been rigged for maximum cheating potential, and they won't stop until Trump is in jail ... even if he's elected.
