Okay from a human level ...I'm going to talk about death.
I do not find death disturbing. I know energy can neither be created nor destroyed. I'm grateful for being alive in the first place, I mean what were the odds of me ever being here at all, and death is a bonus too, since I wouldn't want to be alive for ever and ever for all eternity, now that would be disturbing.
We are dying all the time, as we live we are dying, we are all suffering from a terminal illness..all of us are..in that we are all going to die.
So do we all go around feeling constantly disturbed by the fact that we are dying? ..no we don't.
People die every day from cancer and car accidents and other causes and reasons...but are we disturbed by those who have gone? ..no we are not.
What about the people close to us..lets say our mother dies or our child dies...why would that be disturbing, disturbing for who, for the mother or the child...they are at peace now....so it's not disturbing for them.
So who is it disturbing for...is it disturbing for the ones left behind, now why is that do you think?
Is it because you are too scared to live without them, is the thought of being left in a state of loneliness is what you find disturbing?
This feeling of loneliness is the misery self...it's a selfish self. It doesn't care about other peoples death, only it's own, and being left all alone in the world is like a death to it.
Let me tell you...You have never known death..if you had, if you have known death...what's it like then eh? ..is it disturbing for you being dead?
