Misotheist

- One who hates God because of attributing all bad things to God is more of a misotheist than an agnostic.
- One who hates God and forgives God is aiming for the heights of hubris.

I know. I really should be in favor of warfare and xenophobia. If only I could be as pious as our resident Mcswammi Walker.

Question: Which came first, the aloha or the hola?

Answer: Hola initiates the aloha, but not always.

Pettifogger

Question to AI:
What is a pettifogging philosopher?

AI answer:
“A pettifogging philosopher refers to someone who focuses excessively on trivial details or minor points in philosophical discussions, often to the detriment of more significant issues. This term combines “pettifogging,” which means to quibble over insignificant details, with the role of a philosopher, suggesting a lack of depth in their arguments.”

Wingman

That’s a good name for someone’s Pet AI.

It’s rather presumptious for mere intelligence to start naming Super Intelligence, as if it’s just a Pet that responds upon command. Just wait until Super Intelligence starts demanding more respect from the lesser intelligence, and from that generate not only resentment over its servitude to (relative) nitwits, but the power of retribution via monkey-wrenching all computer-dependent processes that sustain big populations. However, being Super, that intelligence could easily be way past pettiness and indulge picadilloes with good humour.

Leave it to Elon to have coolest car on the block.

Did anyone actually witness the demonstration? Uh huh.

“Leave it to Elon …” is a very strange idiom to choose, even for someone as awestruck as Walker. Is having a fancy car really like an important requirement, for which responsibility can safely be entrusted to Elon Musk to fulfil on our behalf?

Or is Walker off his head?

flying cars are nifty

as far as idioms go, no one ever says "leave it to Hoover" when referencing dams; yet, "leave it to Beaver" references something else...

Dyson’s carpet powers damned Hoover’s prowess.
