He said he wanted to go into the other plane, but we thought he meant like the spiritual plane or something....

Best shot on the force. Imagine the flak bro got from the chief afterwards.

Re: True Story of the Day
Seen the new chat-gpt ad they're running? The little old squished down jewish lady in the turtle neck living for free off alimony doing crochet and talking to a machine like it's alive? Oh, it's great. Listen to the tonality of the gpt chick when she goes, "It sure is!" as the question of the popularity of baggy clothes comes up.
A pure horror show. A useless lonely little old rich lady talking to a machine that can draw from situational grammar contexts what kind of tone to speak in... surprised, lax, assertive, disappointed.
What's so great is the little old jewish lady is kinda cocky... like she's above talking to some new AI tech thing. Then they got the gpt chick doing the same thing... she sounds like a young posh chick who's easily bored by little old cocky jewish ladies and struggles to tolerate them. There's a brief standoff... jewish turtleneck lady is skeptical... gpt chick is waiting for something interesting to happen. Then they ease into friendly banter.
Oh, it's wonderful. So evil on so many levels. It speaks volumes about what we've become and where we're going.

There it is! The old evil Jewish shyster meets a robot and forms a fantasy bond with it. Can you count the ways in which this is wrong?

Re: True Story of the Day
Wait! Why are these robots so agreeable and helpful all the time? Why aren't there any asshole AIs? Because lonely people want surrogate companions that agree with them, support them, and compliment them. The things real people used to do until they all became lonely and misunderstood. You wouldn't sell a guy a robot that called him a liar or a shmuck would you?
It's really incredible. They are even inventing fake humans now to be sold to lonely people. How many surrogate companions you reckon would exist in a marxist state... being that everyone there would be so stressed out, bombarded with hypersexualized media, overworked, stigmatized by class, or so rich they can wear a turtleneck sweater and knit socks all day alone in a three million dollar condo in Vegas.... oh wait, that's the other state.

Re: True Story of the Day
You want the truth? Butterbean isn't the greatest boxer of all time only because he didn't fight everyone. Because of the physics, it is almost a Newtonian certainty that Butterbean will win. Fighting him on the inside and keeping him away are both impossible... so it doesn't matter what kind of fighter you are. Realistically, you'd have a better chance winning a fight against a cargo ship than beating Butterbean because a cargo ship doesn't hit back.
The Butterbean Blitz. He charges forward and releases a flurry of surprisingly fast-for-a-fat-guy hooks. The laws of physics take care of the rest. Even when he makes no effort and just extends his arm in your general direction, the force generated from moving such mass is enough to knock you down. Now, imagine if he also made an effort in that swing.
So yes, Butterbean would have beaten all the greats. He would have beaten Tyson, too, and quickly because Tyson is an inside fighter... where you don't stand a physical or metaphysical chance against BB.
This guy will knock you out of the ring in less than eighteen seconds.

This Flock AI Tool Finds You Without A Name Or Plate

Comment on this surveillance state revelation:
Never mind cops abusing the tech by surveilling the public for personal reasons.
Technology enables police to focus on someone walking and chewing gum at the same time in public and minding their own business, who is mindfully behaving in full compliance with societal norms and regulations.
The gate has opened for AI to follow orders and conjure up profiling algorithms so the Flock can trigger an alert.
The gate has opened so law enforcement can outsource decision making (and eventually responsibility for the decisions) to AI, deciding who the usual suspects should be.
Congress already outsources decision making to agencies. When AI begins directing agency procedures and decisions then a little further down the slippery slope how long will it be before our benevolent, supremely well-informed AI is given a relatable anthropomorphic form with good hair, and runs for president or Congress?
“Never!” sneers the American Luddite. “’They’ won’t allow it. As representatives of government, all government employees will honor and protect the fourth amendment.”
To which the disillusioned say … Oh really? Get the flock outta here. Even the luddites have been convinced of Big Brother's benevolence.

Re: True Story of the Day
Kay, so i had a supernatural experience yesterday evening, and now I'm all tripped out. I was trying to play Herbie's Actual Proof, and when i finished, i got up, turned everything off, went to reach for the phone (on the fan blade above me) and it wasn't there. I forgot to record the jam. The phone was on the dresser. I literally cursed aloud (dammit!) because i got kinda close on Actual Proof and was pissed because I didn't have it recorded. I am ABSOLUTELY sure i am not misremembering what happened. I tried Actual Proof only once, and the phone was on the dresser as sure as i type these wordz. You couldn't say, "Maybe you did it twice and forgot you recorded it the first time" because i have on film the twenty minutes leading up to Actual Proof and i didn't play it during that time.
I get up this morning and the f****** clip is on my phone. I am totally trippin' right now.
Lol. "Actual Proof". But proof of what? It's supernatural, yes... but is it the good guys or the bad guys?
See, this is why i am an anti-supernaturalist. Good, bad, duddint matter. There is no transparency with these assholes. They want to play games of hide 'n seek. Well, I'm too old for that shit.
I'ma upload the clip, but i ain't saying anything about this in the description because y'all n*ggaz don't believe me. Shit just got twisted, bruh.

Re: True Story of the Day
Ali got mad 'cause Earnie stuck his ass a couple good times a few minutes earlier.
LOL @ 8:40
Sharp shootin' Shavers shook em up @ 10:20. An Ali disadvantage; he rarely, if ever, throws body blows because he's too preoccupied with trying to box prettily. On the flip side, Ali himself is almost impervious to body blows and makes no effort to avoid them. You see this all the time on the ropes. His opponent is pummeling him, and he's looking out at the audience, shaking his head in disappointment.

You wanna see a good fight watch the Leonard vs Hearns welterweight match. Hearns was 30something and 0 when he fought Sugar Ray. Almost hurt that lil' n*gga, too. They don't punch much faster than Hearns. He's like a lighter Ali.

Re: True Story of the Day
The crowd doesn't understand boxing, though. Why all the booing at the end of round six when Shavers is playin' pitter-patter with Ali on the ropes? Shavers is up on points... why bother trying to knock out a guy even Frazier had problems with? No, you just keep your lead.
And they can't be booing at Ali 'cause they know what he's up to. He's gonna let the guy punch himself out and then go to work on em. It's like Ali got it straight out of the Rocky Balboa handbook.
