Then he legitimately lost his re-election campaign. I obviously wouldn't have voted for him either time were I an American voter, but that's niether here nor there.

The voters who did cast their votes all have a right to equal representation and that right would be removed from them if you decide to not count their votes because its midnight and you want to stop the election at some arbitrary time prior to counting all the votes.

So let's keep elections going until 200% of votes are counted for...by your logic.

THere is ZERO evidence of election fraud excpet that commited by the Trump/Guiliani Crime Organisation.
Their claim has been tested the length and breth of the land, and the Guiliani/Trump crime ring offered NO evidence to several courts. Courts that have been appointed by Trump BTW.
On the other hand evidence that the Guiliani/Trump crime organisation forged documents, tried to bribe electors, and threaten elections volunteers has been placed in a very large indictment document, which has been examined by a grand jury without prejudice and they have found that there is a case to answer.
Trump will have his day in court and shell have all the opporuntiy of a very large sum of cash and all the lawyers he can buy to put his case.
But I think you will find that the Trump/Guilian Crime Organisation have no defence.
