Some people, when they they were children, had an imaginary friend. Now they are all grown up and have an imaginary demon. Isn't that right?
It could be like that. Do you have an argument against the Demon?
Like Neptune, the tooth fairy, the rain God, imaginary friends, etc., I am totally in doubt. Is there any evidence to make fictious characters, real? I can't refute evidence that doesn't exist. But you can say "You can't refute it." I can't because it is a figment of your imagination and you are bound to that thought.
I am in doubt too. But I cannot refute them either. I was wondering if you could.

And yet according to you this is not true as there are no truths.

It is a figment of their imagination and I accept the (circumstancial) evidence of physical reality. Science is based on observations and testing. Not only is this idea unscientific but it has no useful purpose other than for the advocates to pretend to be ingenious. They are not. They are being fools.

There are no known truths.

Why are you talking about something being true if you don't know it is?

How is thought no different from these? LOL. This is totally bullsiht. I agree that none of this is "arising". But if you can't differ senses from mental phenomena such as unconscious thoughts, subconscious and etc.. then you're clueless as this troll called dontaskme.
I agree that no odor can arise if you don't smell something such as a flower, but what this has to do with your thought? NOTHING, NADA. One is in your mind, the other is outside, and which you can sense and smell with your nose.
Describe one of your thoughts for me?
Describe how is it like to describe a thought to me? That's utter nonsense.
You can smell anything that is external to you.
You can't smell a thought.
Thought is not part of your senses. Thought is in your mind

Physicalism is an axiom that's losing supporters these days.

If it ends up with a minority of supporters, only time can tell.

Knowing how idiotic humanity is as a whole, I doubt it.

Not if you'd bother to examine what it is to have a thought.
You can smell anything that is external to you.
You can't smell a thought. …
I agree, smell is one of the things that is rarely accessible in a thought. Now try the other representations.
Thought is not part of your senses. Thought is in your mind
So vague.

To my mind a thought is a sequenced complex of the representations from the senses sans the source via memory. However I make a distinction between 'thoughting' and thinking as thinking, to my mind, is the use of the inner voice as an other than thought but if you pay attention you will find the thought behind the words. This of course is the source of the issue with communicating with words with others as they don't necessarily have the same attached representations to the words that one does so one must be very careful in paying attention to the response one's words get as that will help one understand if one's thought was transferred as intended. A handy saying is 'the meaning of one's words are the response they get.' if one truly wishes to communicate a thought to another.

Humans relate to images seen...it's the only way they can know of their existence.

They have no idea there is no one in the image, or behind the screen those images appear on.

But it's not their fault, it's how it's designed to be. Else reality for the human would not make sense, the mind demands a life that makes sense ..and is why animals are luckier than humans in that they have no concept of what makes sense or not, they're just purely free in every moment of all that falsely assumed existential fear, confusion and misery...and the obsession for excessive egotisical consumerism.

All concepts are known, the knower of the concept is not known by the concept known.

That'll be because concepts aren't things that can know they are the things known by consciounesses with language.

That's correct.

Now, can consciousness be known and by what if that too is a concept?

It's not, it is the being of a body with senses, memory and language in an external world. Or if you prefer it is the idea of a body with senses, memory and language in an external world.
