Treat yourself to Mark Rowlands' book The Philosopher at the end of the Universe - it's all about the nature of reality ( The Matrix ), good and evil ( Star Wars ), morality ( Aliens ) ... Death and the meaning of life ( Bladerunner ). One good film I saw recently was The Reader - all about free will.

I don't know for sure but if you are starting out a good introduction to some of the main themes is to be found in Nigel Warburton's Philosophy: The Basics and Philosophy: The Classics , both Routledge. To know a bit about how a modern philosopher lived his life you can read Bryan Magee's Confession...

The 75% is the cocoa solids - which is what makes it 'chocolate'. On its own cocoa is very bitter so they add sugar and some other stuff like emulsifiers and vanilla flavouring. Most British chocolate is about 25% cocoa with the rest being sugar, milk and fat. It's all down to preference really but ...
