Re: Explanations for existence

I believe consciousness belongs to all living things. Anything that can fear for its life is conscious, including cockroaches. Thank you for answering and clarifying the first question with just what you believe is true, here. But, why did you not answer and clarify the second question, here? Biolo...

Re: Explanations for existence

Is there 'consciousness' in non-human animals? If yes, then does 'meaning' exist to the 'consciousness' in them? I believe consciousness belongs to all living things. Anything that can fear for its life is conscious, including cockroaches. Biology is the measure and the meaning of all things. There...

Ghost Particles

When the Higgs boson appeared at the LHC in 2012, where did it come from? Then, when it disappeared, where did it go? I wonder the same thing for all of these hard to isolate and figure out particles.

Re: Explanations for existence

Ultimate questions are for monkeys? Being a primate myself and interested in metaphysical conceptions of reality, I concur. Just not in the sarcastic sense that you meant. Cheers, monkey man.

Intrinsic nature of reality and consciousness

Can information be processed by anything other than a computer of some kind? Can it only exist by virtue of something else knowing it via a processor of some kind? If space is intrinsic, then perhaps information about the singularity point the size of the Planck length is also intrinsic. Perhaps thi...

Re: Explanations for existence

Great drummer but that's not an explanation of any kind. It's giving up on the ultimate question.

Explanations for existence

The most compelling question in all of philosophy and science is how and why does existence of any kind... exist? I pondered this question for decades and never made much progress until recently. My preliminary theory is based upon a scientific fact and an epistemological insight. The Planck length ...

My theory of everything

Hello, I would like to know if anyone could critique my theory of everything. The same logic pattern could be expressed with many different words, but I feel this sums it up nicely: I believe in God. I believe in an infinite multiverse. I believe there is no such thing as 'nothing'. I believe time i...
