Re: Fabianism

Rebuke accepted. If it leads to watching this, then worthwhile. The Promised Land (Bastarden) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt20561198/ This historical flick is about the first potato farmer in Denmark, which is more interesting than it sounds, with an interesting ending. He was quite proud of his fir...

Re: going to the moon

Scotty, it has to with beaming up, not beaming down into the depths of No. (Beaming up is like a brain squall, which is similar to brainstorming, but brainstorming requires at least two to tango.) People with scientific secrets could be at large, in unknown places. (In Atlas Shrugged the missed fol...

Re: going to the moon

at least we know now that there are not alien bases on the dark side of the moon inside the hollow moon, not so much... -Imp Do we? Do we really know that? 1. Caught between orders about what he could say, and what he saw, the scientist retreated into inarticulate emotion. or 2. Nursing political a...

Vanishing with no car, no keys, no wallet, no phone; no pool, no pets, no cigarettes, although a couple of those scientists in the link were said to have had weapons. Scientists live in rough neighborhoods, perhaps selected by unknown powers to round out a diverse collection. The White House is inve...

Re: going to the moon

Going by the comments from online morons (the bulk of humankind) they didn't go anyway. The photos are fake and it's all just another big hoax by NASA (like the fake moon landings) to dupe humanity and realise its dastardly plan for world domination by hiding 'the truth', which is that we are being...

Re: going to the moon

we had a base on the moon and then the moon went out of orbit... it was really cool -Imp First the phenomenon, then the scientific explanation, for example ... In this "real" video, the scientist has had a new experience, and he does not understand it. https://twitter.com/i/status/2044892...

Re: Nature of Love

Aliens were waiting to serve, but the collection of folks assumed a different meaning.
They assumed that to serve is to love, which it can be.

Re: Nature of Love

(continued) The little child digging through the toy box for a favourite toy is attached to that toy, and by searching for that toy the child is searching for the comfort of love. The same can be said for the adult collector ... coins, stamps, etc. It can be said for even homeless collectors of stuff.

Re: Nature of Love

Walker, Interesting, I never really thought of them as learned, not sure you're right there, is compassion learned, care learned, not sure myself. Receiving a beloved, adult offspring’s compassion and care can be intellectually learned through need, but it's understood with the addition of the expe...

Re: Nature of Love

Love is a decision - not an emotion. Lao Tzu That seems to be true. Too often love is confused with lust. In fact I seem to confuse the two the most often. I suppose lust is much more fun than love is. The Holy Bible tells you what love is. As long as you're going to pick and choose from The Holy B...

One day Trump is a moron. Another day, Trump is a master manipulator. Which kind of days was it when he said over and over with disgust and passion that he would not get involved in regime change wars. He's involved in regime destruction, and he's attempting to stay out of what regime that changes ...

Re: Philosophy of Sociology

For some reason all these classifications led to a rumination, however where it fits into the taxonomy is best left to the creator of the divisions. If we’re living in a simulation of creation, then the full of man has the power to create that simulation, and since the creation of reality that is b...

Re: US and Israel attack Iran

One day Trump is a moron. Another day, Trump is a master manipulator. No. He's a moron every day. Nothing I described there requires a genius to set up, nor does it require one to spot the obvious pattern. You have very low standards if you think that's masterful manipulation. You must fall for eve...
