Like so many other questions, it's all about the definitions. Go to wikipedia, and "free will" is defined as the ability to choose between different possible courses of action. That's the common sense meaning, and so of course we have free will. Now if God existed and knew the position and...

Anyone who says he wouldn't is almost surely lying. If he truly believes that it would be wrong to do so, he has no actual concern for other people, he thinks morality consists of a set of rules, he isn't a moral individual by my standards, and most likely not a decent person.
