You made quite a soup of this by mixing talk of votes for individuals in a riding to get a winner and the formation of a majority/minority government from the riding results. No, actually. Even if you think they're "good," they're not the people for whom you voted. So it doesn't solve the "majority" problem. Nothing solves the "majority problem" except a unanimous vote. Because there will always be a minority which did not vote for the majo...
